Return Policies
At DNBA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return process. Please read the following policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
Most items are eligible for return within 21 days of the date you received your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
The following items are not eligible for return (unless they are defective or there was an error in your order):

2. Initiating a Return:
contact our customer support team at dnbainfo@gmail.com to request a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
3. Return Shipping:
Unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
5. Exchanges:
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately 7 days of receiving your order at dnbainfo@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect.
We will work with you to arrange for a return or replacement of the item at no cost to you.
